To be honest….. Fear might not be the thing you are looking up on the internet or something that you would be looking for while “shopping” for a therapist or coach. Mostly we want to be positively oriented and stay away from what scares us. I get you!
However, I think it is very important to also look at the things that are limiting and blocking us and not sugarcoat it. Just tell it like it is. If it’s fear, lets call it that!
That is exactly why I am opening up about fear and inform you how to go about it and make some amazing steps towards a FEARLESS LIFE!
